Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh wants to get married. The stunning singer - who has been dating her boyfriend Justin Scott for six years -dreams of walking down the aisle but is waiting for her man to pop the question.

She said: "I want to get married. Everyone has recently been asking when we'll do it which has put some pressure on Justin. But I'm sure he'll do it when he's ready. It will happen one day - if he's lucky!"

Bono has joked he wants to join Girls Aloud. The U2 singer is keen to become a member of the British band after seeing them perform at the BRIT Awards last night.

Bono said: "I want to be in Girls Aloud. But seriously, I think they are at the cutting edge of pop music. They are a great band and they deserve to be center stage. They have everything a pop band should have - songs, the look, it's all there."

Cheryl Cole wants to launch a solo career. The Girls Aloud - who recently worked without bandmates Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts, Sarah Harding and Nadine Coyle on U.K. TV talent show "The X Factor" - star is keen to make a record on her own, but will only do it with the permission of the rest of the group.

When asked if the other members were worried she would quit the band to go solo, she said: "That's a horrible thing to think."

Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow serenaded Cheryl Cole over the phone. The couple had called each member of Girls Aloud - Cheryl, Nadine Coyle, Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding - individually to convince them to support Chris' band Coldplay.

But when it came to persuading "The X Factor" judge Cheryl, the pair decided they needed to make an extra-special effort and sang a rendition of the girl group's hit "Sound Of The Underground."
