Paris Hilton has arrived Down Under for her New Years Eve celebrations but she has caused a stir while it is still 2006 while at the famed Bondi Beach.

The party girl and her friend, Kim Kardashian, did nothing different to any of the other beach goers, but their mere presence caused chaos on the sand and in the surf.
