Khloe Kardashian, Kim's younger sister, is heading to jail this week to start her 30-day sentence for probation violation.

Her probation violation stems from a Driving Under the Influence charge she got in March 2007.

Her rep Jeff Raymond said in a statement Monday, "Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved."

The "Dash" boutique co-owner was sentenced on August 27 to 36 months of probation and community service and she was also ordered to complete an alcohol-education program, after pleading no contest to DUI on March 4 last year.

On July 3, a legal rep for Kardashian admitted in Los Angeles Superior Court that she had not completed the alcohol class or the community service.

She offered to "surrender" directly to Lynwood County Jail but was denied. Instead, she was ordered to turn herself in on July 18 and to attend alcohol class within 21 days of her release.

Kardashian co-stars on the E! reality TV series based on her family, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
