Tabloid television has reported that Kevin Costner and his wife of nearly two years, the former Christine Baumgartner have split.

Through his publicist Paul Bloch, Kevin vehemently denies those claims. Paul has issued a suspiciously long and detailed statement in hopes of dispelling the breakup rumors.

Hollywood heavyweight Kevin Costner has been named as the actor accused of performing a lewd sex act in front of a masseuse while honeymooning in Scotland in 2004.

The alleged victim, who worked at the top rated Old Course Hotel spa in St Andrews, Scotland, says Kevin grabbed her while she was massaging him, then proceeded to drop his towel and expose himself.

Pascal Bensimon, the owner of an upscale salon in Aspen, Colorado, was hired for guests at Kevin Costner's 2004 wedding to Christine Baumgartner in Aspen. It was there that he admitted to stealing the actor's computer, which contained pictures of the nuptials.
