Thousands of people paid their respects and said their final goodbyes to their beloved wildlife enthusiast, Steve Irwin, on Wednesday morning. A public memorial service was held in honor of the "Crocodile Hunter" in Australia at the place he loved and cherished the most.
Over 5,000 people attended the ceremony, which was staged in the "Crocoseum" at the wildlife expert's Australia Zoo, in Queensland, and broadcast live to Australia, Asia and the U.S.
