Renee Zellweger is to meet her boyfriend Bradley Cooper's parents.

Hollywood hunk Bradley - who has been dating his 'Case 39' co-star since earlier this year - has dispelled rumors the couple have split and has decided to make their relationship "serious" and introduce the screen beauty to his family.

Renee Zellweger is dating a journalist. The "Leatherheads" actress was spotted enjoying an intimate meal with MSNBC legal correspondent Dan Abrams at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, New York, on Saturday.

The couple canoodled throughout the evening, appearing completely at ease in each other's company.

Renee Zellweger is too busy to have a boyfriend. The actress doesn't have time to concentrate on romance because of her hectic acting and promotional schedule.

Renee, 39, told Marie Claire magazine: "I'm not single, I'm busy. That's my line. The thing is, I'm away all the time. I suppose if I sat still long enough to get to know somebody beyond a dinner date, maybe."

Renee Zellweger has gained 10 pounds in a bid to find a new man. The 39-year-old actress - who is divorced from singer Kenny Chesney - has gone from a tiny U.K. size six to a slender size eight.

A source said: "Renee was worried her slim frame made her look gaunt, sickly and, worst of all, old. She is going to be 40 in six months and doesn't want to be single then."

Rumors have been circulating recently that country singer Kenny Chesney is engaged. The country superstar is shooting down the engagement report.

According to People.com, Chesney's rep said, "Kenny Chesney is not getting married. He's not engaged. He's not planning on being engaged any time in the near future. In fact, he was surprised by the news and isn't sure how or why anyone would've gotten that idea."
