Kelly Rowland has parted ways with her manager, Beyonce Knowles' father. The former Destiny's Child singer and Mathew Knowles - who has managed Kelly since she was in the successful girl group and also looks after his daughters Beyonce and Solange - agreed to separate earlier this week, with both parties insisting the split is "amicable."

Kelly's statement said: "Mathew Knowles has been a positive influence in my career. I have had great success under his guidance - both as a member of Destiny's Child and with my solo projects.

Cheryl Cole wants to launch a solo career. The Girls Aloud - who recently worked without bandmates Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts, Sarah Harding and Nadine Coyle on U.K. TV talent show "The X Factor" - star is keen to make a record on her own, but will only do it with the permission of the rest of the group.

When asked if the other members were worried she would quit the band to go solo, she said: "That's a horrible thing to think."

Kelly Rowland spent almost $400,000 on a night out.

The former Destiny's Child singer racked up a $372,680 bar bill on guests - including U2 frontman Bono - at Amika's Weekend Takeover in St. Tropez, France, on Friday.
