Kelly Brook is giving sex tips to kinky couples who want to video themselves in the bedroom - watch yourself live.

The stunning brunette, who is engaged to Hollywood actor Billy Zane, insists couples shouldn't bother recording their racy antics and instead view the action as it unfolds.

She revealed to Britain's GQ magazine: "I can't understand why people would want to make sex tapes. Especially knowing what could happen. Why record it?

"If you like to see yourself, just stream it live. Have your tripod, get your video camera and your telly and that way you can watch I as you're going."
