Katie recently spent her 28th birthday playing Santa to an underprivileged family.
The former "Dawson's Creek" actress celebrated her birthday on Sunday by visiting a family in East Los Angeles to deliver gifts and a Christmas tree.
Katie was accompanied by her husband Tom Cruise's adopted children Connor, 11, and 13-year-old Isabella.
Meanwhile, Katie has laughed off rumors that she is pregnant. It was suggested the "Batman Begins" actress was expecting her second child with Tom - their daughter, Suri, was born in April - after she attended a film premiere sporting what appeared to be a baby bump.
Katie's alleged bump was also the topic of conversation after the couple's post-wedding party in California. However, Tom's representative has denied the rumors, saying, "To our knowledge, Katie is not pregnant."
