Michael Douglas' cancer treatment is going very well, according to his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones.

The 41-year-old actress revealed her 66-year-old actor husband - who is currently undergoing eight weeks of radiation and chemotherapy after being diagnosed with a tumor in his throat - is "holding up very, very well" despite the severity of the illness.
