Katherine Heigl plans to try for a baby in December.
The '27 Dresses' actress is eager to get pregnant in the next few months but her rocker husband Josh Kelley wants to wait until next year, so the pair have decided to compromise.
She said: "I say I want to start in July. He's saying the following July. So, we are thinking of a compromise - sometime in December."
Katherine, who looked stunning in a red gown at the Oscars on Sunday, confessed she was starstruck to be in the company of such A-listers at the prestigious ceremony.
She explained: "It was surreal. I felt very much out of my league. I was sitting next to Renee Zellweger and behind Cate Blanchett and Jack Nicholson. I wanted to take pictures!"
The 29-year-old blonde beauty also revealed Jack made her night by calling her "sugar".
She added to 'Access Hollywood': "He called me sugar a couple of times. I was so excited about it. I'm going to tell everyone."
