Darling Kate says her husband would leave her if she ever had plastic surgery, so she's not going to do anything to disappoint him.
The "Holiday" actress - who is married to film director Sam Mendez - insists she will never go under the surgeon's knife because Sam would not approve.
She told In Style magazine, "I am pathetically intrigued by the notion but Sam would leave me if I did anything like that."
The 31-year-old star is adamant she has no interest in changing her appearance because she is completely satisfied with her body and looks.
Despite having a hugely successful movie career, Kate insists she is happiest being a mother to her two children Joe, three, and Mia, six, who is from her previous marriage with film director Jim Threapleton.
She explained, "Mia said to me the other day in the car, 'Mom, I love your cooking.' To me, it was an incredibly triumphant moment, the fact that she observed I do cook their meals. It's great when the mom can be a person who represents those nurturing things for kids. My mom certainly was that."
