Forming the middle of the Top-10 list were singer Gwen Stefani and her rock star husband Gavin Rossdale at No. 4, actress Demi Moore and husband Ashton Kutcher at No. 5, followed by Titanic actress Kate Winslet and director Sam Mendes at sixth position.

Jessica Alba is not ruling out having plastic surgery. The "Fantastic Four" star would prefer to stay away from the surgeon's knife for as long as possible, but will consider cosmetic help if her looks start to fade.

Jessica told Elle magazine: "As an actress, you express emotion with your face and if you have plastic surgery, you lose that spark.
