You never know what kind of enlightening thoughts you can conjure up sitting on a toilet seat but, according to Kate Winslet, it can be a mind-awakening experience. The gorgeous actress recently said she experienced her first big epiphany when she plopped her bottom on the toilet seat at the age of five. It was then, she says, she knew she wanted to become an acting celebrity.

One day, while taking a potty break as a young child, the realization that she could possibly become a good actress suddenly came to Kate. She knew she wanted to recreate daily chores like her mom because they were real and everybody else would understand that. StarPulse.com notes that even today some of the blonde star's best inspiration and decision making comes from spending quality time in the bathroom.

She explained, "I clearly recall the moment. I was five and on the toilet. I do most of my best thinking there. I thought, 'If (my mum doing housework) were on TV, people would think she is a good actress because she's doing these things but being real.' And I realized that I wanted to do that."
