Kate Hudson is reportedly nursing two painful injuries after hurting herself pole-dancing.
The actress, who is married to Black Crows frontman Chris Robinson, had been practicing her sexy dance moves when she took a nasty tumble.
Hudson, the daughter of Hollywood star Goldie Hawn, pulled a muscle in her leg and was left with a friction burn on her arm.
A friend of the actress said, "She's out of the stripper game for a while."
Hudson has made no secret of the fact she regularly pole-dances to stay fit and keep her husband happy in the bedroom.
The 'You, Me and Dupree' star recently confessed she regularly strips off and gyrates for Robinson, to keep their bedroom antics exciting.
However, Hudson insists she doesn't writhe around on her pole every night.
She said at the time, "I don't want to do it too often. It's one of those things that happens if it's his lucky night! But it's also very grueling physical exercise."

i have pole danced for a year as part of my weekly exercise!!iv ripped a muscle in my arm which took months to heal but that was my own fault n as far as im concerned u should b able to feel your own limits and wen you feel a twinge stop!! and as for a friction burn well thats pathetic!! if your doing it right you will get bruises n it will hurt but thats a wimps reason to give up!!iv bin black n blue on my arms thats just wat comes with it!!!!!!! she needs to toughen up!!wimp!
