According to Page Six, the mom-of-one and Heath Ledger enjoyed a lip lock at a New York bar.
A witness confirms that Kate and Heath, who are both single parents, were "kissing and making out," while enjoying a night out at the Beatrice Inn in the city.
However, the "How To Loose A Guy In Ten Days" star's rep has denied the possible relationship. Kate's spokesperson told The New York Post, "This is absolutely untrue. They ran into each other and chatted briefly, but that was the extent of it."
Kate's marriage to singer Chris Robinson broke down after she starred with Owen Wilson in "You, Me And Dupree". She has a son, Ryder.
