| Mark Ronson says wearing fur is like wearing a pet dog. The music producer - who was recently named the world's best dressed man by GQ magazine - has posed with his pooch Maude for a new anti-fur advert for PETA beside the tagline "If You Wouldn't Wear Your Dog, Please Don't Wear Any Fur." The campaign was organized by Peta2, the youth arm of the animal rights group (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). | |
| Kasabian frontman Tom Meighan is lucky to be alive. The singer is amazed he has managed to survive all the hard partying he's done over the years without going to rehab. | |
| Noel Gallagher has taken up a new hobby - shooting. The Oasis star was introduced to the country pursuit while in Los Angeles - where he is recording the band's new album with brother Liam - and has been stocking up an arsenal of various firearms to take back to the UK. | |
| Pete Doherty saved a man from a motorway car crash. The Babyshambles frontman, who was traveling from Chelmsford to Stafford to perform with his band at the V-Festival this weekend, leapt into action after seeing the vehicle smash into a concrete reservation. A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Pete saw the overturned car billowing with smoke in the middle of the carriageway. The band stopped and pulled a guy in his 50s from the vehicle. He had hit a concrete block on the side of the road and the car flipped over." | | | | | |
