Kanye West Steals Mercedes

Rapper Kanye West has been sued over a Mercedes that he refuses to return even though the lease has been up for 4 months.

Sources reveal that in September 2002, Konman Entertainment, Inc., which is owned by Kanye himself, leased a Mercedes G500 for $1,295 a month. Kanye personally guaranteed that the lease would be paid.

Once the lease expired in January of this year, the car was not returned and Konman Entertainment stopped paying.

The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by DCFS Trust, which holds the note on the car, is suing for $53,747.15, which represents the value of the car. DCFS is also seeking back lease payments and late charges. Both Kanye and Konman have been named as defendants.
