Kevin Federline is making his move and preparing to completely change Britney Spears' life.
The father of four has not reacted well to her recent scandal - involving a 21-year-old Californian student, naked swimming and a lot of alcohol - and is now getting the courts involved to ensure that Britney no longer has to worry about late night babysitting.
Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has filed papers in the Los Angeles Superior Court reportedly to increase the failed rapper's parental responsibilities - and lower Britney's.
The "America's Most Hated" singer has been threatening his former spouse, who officially became his ex-wife in late July, over the custody of their two children if her wild and erratic behavior does not stop.
The fallen pop star has not stopped going to L.A. nightclubs and partying her nights away - even with the risk of losing joint custody of her children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
If Kevin is awarded primary physical custody of his sons, they will live with him in his Californian mansion, away from the paparazzi flash bulbs and chaos of Britney's day-to-day existence.
