Britney Spears' husband has donated his hair to charity.
Kevin Federline reportedly gave his locks to an organization that uses realhair to make wigs for children with cancer.
The 28-year-old -who is trying to launch a rap career - is said to hope hisgift to Locks of Love will help advertise his upcoming album.
A source is quoted in Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: "He supportsthe cause and hopes it will help promote his new album."
Earlier this month, it was revealed the former dancer is planning to becomea stripper if his music career flops.
Federline - who has a baby son, Sean Preston, with the pop princess - isprepared to take off his clothes to make a living if his album isn't a success.
He said: "If it goes wrong I'll be at your local strip club, but I'll be the one dancing."
