Justin Timberlake has spent $50,000 to buy Jessica Biel a necklace. The former "'N Sync" singer has reportedly shelled out the astounding amount to make up for the time he's been spending with Madonna recently.
The 27-year-old singer, who has been collaborating with the pop superstar's upcoming album "Hard Candy," has bought Biel the necklace, as advised by Madonna. She apparently didn't want to cause a rift between the lovers as she has been dominating Timberlake's time with producing the album.
Biel, 26, has reportedly felt disturbed over her boyfriend and Madge's relationship. The actress was worried the two have been getting really close.
A source says, "Working on her album meant Justin hasn't spent much time with Jessica lately and Madonna didn't want to be the cause of problems between them. She suggested he buy her a gift, something expensive."
Timberlake bought the "Stealth" actress a white gold and emerald necklace from jeweler H Stern.
