Judge Judy has never had sympathy for regular people so it is no surprise she doesn't have any for socialite party girl Paris Hilton.
Judge Judy Sheindlin, who has been harsh but fair to petty criminals for years on her TV show, told Larry King that she agrees with Judge Michael Sauer's penalty against Paris.
The hotel heiress is serving a 45 day sentence behind bars for violating her probation after getting multiple DUI's.
Judge Judy said, "When a judge says to somebody, 'I'm going to give you an opportunity to remain free - you committed a crime.' In this case, she was driving while intoxicated and endangered a lot of people. 'But I'm going to give you a chance to stay out of jail, even though I could put you in jail for what you did, but you have to abide by these rules.' And she breaks the rules. Paris Hilton is a criminal - a little criminal, but a criminal."
Paris has publicly apologized for her actions and for putting innocent people in danger of her reckless driving. On one occasion, she began driving around Hollywood with no headlights on.
