The Oscar nominated actor and Harpers and Queen magazine editor-at-large, Kim Hersov, have been spotted on dates around London and on a romantic vacation in India.
Reports claim that father-of-three Law and mother-of-two Hersov are officially an item.
The actor has been formally single since splitting with Sienna Miller after it was revealed that he had an affair with his children's nanny.
Hersov, meanwhile, is a single mom since splitting from private jet tycoon Robert Hersov.
The stylish socialite also looks remarkably similar to Miller.
A source close to Law, who has been labeled Britain's bad boy since his affair, confirmed that he is not dating Lohan or former co-star Portman.
