The cutie patootie was recently spotted enjoying a weekend in Sydney with a mystery brunette - sparking rumors his relationship with Scarlett could be over.
The actor took a break from filming in New Zealand, where he is shooting the new horror movie "30 Days Of Night," to spend some time with the unknown beauty in the Australian city.
According to Australia's Daily Telegraph newspaper, the pair were seen dining on three separate occasions at the Salon Blanc restaurant, which is located at the exclusive hangout Woolloomooloo Wharf over the weekend.
Josh and his mystery companion stayed at the lavish nearby Blue hotel, but it is unknown if they stayed in separate or shared rooms.
The pair jetted out of Sydney late on Sunday and the lady in question tried to hide her face with a pair of dark sunglasses, a hat and even held a bag in front of her features to foil waiting paparazzi.
Josh's weekend away with the brunette comes in the wake of reports his relationship with Scarlett is on the rocks.
The 21-year-old actress - who met Josh on the set of their movie "The Black Dahlia" - is said to be fed up with her partner's constant absences, and is thinking of ending their romance.
A source recently said, "They are on the rocks. Scarlett is always mad at him, and they are always arguing."
