Don't expect JoJo to hit the night scene and have a grand ol' time anytime soon.
JoJo recently made a big no-no in October when she stepped into one of Los Angeles hottest nightspots, strictly for those that are 21 and up.
The 15-year-old pop singer says she had no idea the Hyde is for the legally hip and fabulous. She admits she walked in with her mother - who was also oblivious to the age admission - and a couple of friends, thinking it was simply no big deal.
JoJo says she wasn't trying to cause any trouble and even had milk and cookies while checking out the night scene. Now you can't argue with that.
She told PEOPLE magazine, "I didn't know it was 21 and over. It's a freakin' restaurant and I was there with my mom and two other underage friends. I had milk and cookies! I wasn't drinking alcohol."
Although she enjoyed having a brief glimpse into the crazy nightlife, the rising star would rather just kick back with her friends and be an ordinary teenage girl.
She added, "It's not really my thing. I just dipped my toes (in the scene)."
