The 'Walk The Line' star now earns a phenomenal $18 million per film - atleast.

"Walk The Line" star Joaquin Phoenix had more than a fender bender when his breaks went out, causing his car to overturn on Canyon Road. Lucky for the Golden Globe winner, he was not injured, and he was helped out of the car by a passerby.

Thirty-one year old Joaquin was traveling eastbound above Sunset Strip about 3 PM when he realized his breaks were not working. At that point, he lost control of his car causing the accident.

Johnny Cash's daughter, Rosanne Cash says in an interview that she would never recommend viewing "Walk The Line" because its not true-to-life.

"It was like it would be for anyone who saw someone else's idea of their childhood. You would say, well, some of those facts are right, but that's not what happened. That's not my experience," said Rosanne.

The residual checks must be pouring in for Barry Gibb. The second oldest of the Gibb clan has just purchased the home where Johnny Cash and his wife, June Carter Cash, lived for 35-years.

The rustic retreat on Old Hickory Lake in Henderson, TN was sold to Barry and his wife Linda for an undisclosed amount.
