GottaHaveIt.com will be having a special online auction entitled "The Rock & Roll Pop Art Auction" from July 21 to August 6, which will feature original handwritten lyrics and letters and other rare items by the music industry's greatest living and dead legends. |

| Justin Timberlake has donated $200,000 to his birth town. The "SexyBack" singer has given Memphis two separate donations of $100,000 each to its Rock 'n' Soul Museum and Memphis Music Foundation. The organizations will use the former 'N Sync singer's donations to improve music education for the students. Memphis, being home of founders and establishers of various music genres including Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, and B.B. King, also aims to further achieve its mission of "telling the story of Memphis Music and perpetuating its legacy." |

| A country music landmark, the home of Johnny Cash and June Carter, has burned down. The Nashville property, which was purchased by Bee Gee singer Barry Gibb after the musical legend's 2003 death, was the only home the couple ever shared together. Married in the 1960's, Cash and Carter lived in the house until their deaths in 2003, which were just months apart. |
