Johnny Borrell is the latest skinny, long haired rock star to capture the hearts of a Hollywood starlet.
The Razorlight frontman has been dating "Spider-man 3" star Kirsten Dunst since the beginning of March and has now publicly mentioned the word "love."
The grungy pair, who are taking over from Mischa Barton and Cisco Adler as young Hollywood's beauty and the beast pairing, have traveled around the U.S. together, spent time in Borrell's native London and even walked the red carpet as a couple.
Now, the singer is declaring his feelings for Dunst. He told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "I don't think there's any rules behind it. If you fall you fall. In life that's what you do. You follow the things that you can't resist and you go where you go. That's falling in love."
However, his comments may not impress his "soul mate" Fabiola Gatti.
The singer claims to have dated Borrell before Dunst came onto the scene and says that they shared a recent kiss behind the actress' back.
Gatti revealed, "I was recording some solo stuff so I was on my own in the studio when he popped in. When the air was cleared between us and I knew what the situation was he just leant in and kissed me. He told me he would break up with her to go back out with me. We've been on and off for years."
She continued, "We will always be soul mates. At the moment we know it won't work but one day we will get back together."
According to earlier reports, there was a brief period when the hot new couple cooled off. But with Dunst recently declaring that she will never date an actor again, her relationship with musician Borrell may be getting serious.
