Golden Globe winner Joaquin Phoenix complains of not being able to find a mate because he's a celebrity.
According to reports, Phoenix says dating has been a problem because women that meet him seem to be more groupies than truly interested in him as a person.
The women claim to already know everything about him, most of which is probably not even true.
Phoenix was quoted as saying, "I met a girl recently and we were out at dinner and suddenly she announces, 'I'm a vegan.' I knew she got the information from a magazine and thought that she should say it so we had something in common."
Since "Walk The Line," Phoenix has been romantically linked to co-star Ginnifer Goodwin as well as Lindsay Lohan.
