Pop star Jessica Simpson is now opening up about her sister Ashlee's pregnancy. Actually, she is talking about what a great mom Ashlee will be.
The Simpson girls, along with Ashlee's new husband Pete Wentz, were in Las Vegas over the weekend for the grand opening of Palms Place. According to People.com, Jessica said, "She'll be amazing, absolutely amazing," as a mother.
Jessica also said that Ashlee's relationship with Wentz inspires her own music. "They're just the cutest couple in the world," she said. "They are adorable. Anybody would wish to be them and you can only wish them well. Just being around them inspires love and everything I sing about."
During the Vegas event, the sisters hung out together in the VIP area and took photos, several with Jessica's hand on Ashlee's stomach. Wentz remained only a few feet away, playing DJ at the event.
At the end of Wentz's DJ stint, he thanked his "baby mama."
