Blonde Ambition actress Jessica Simpson denies ambition to be the next Julia Roberts.
Reports claimed that the Public Affair singer has signed to star in Pretty Woman remake that was originally played by the America's sweetheart.
The report went on to say that Simpson and her manager-dad, Joe, thinks this one "This one's got 'hit' written all over it" and Joe and been telling everyone that she's the next Julia.
However, the 27-year-old singer/actress' publicist has denied the reports in a statement to thecelebritytruth.com, "There's no truth to this. Jessica is in Nashville recording an album."
Simpson has recently been accused of being a jinx to Dallas Cowboys quarterback boyfriend Tony Romo after he played poorly while she was watching. Romo's teammate, Terrell Owens, was also quoted as saying Simpson "was not a fan favorite" although he later retracted the statement.
