Jessica Simpson is moving to Nashville.
The 27-year-old singer, who is currently living in Los Angeles, has decided to move to the country music capital in Tennessee in a bid to findinspiration for her new album.
A source said, "Jessica really wants to release a country album and she isn't just whistling 'Dixie' this time. She has been in Tennessee writing musicwith John Rich from country duo Big and Rich and is going to live there fora while."
Although Jessica has been spending long hours in the studio recording hernew LP, she has still found time to relax with her close friends and family.
The source told America's OK! magazine, "Her time in Tennessee hasn't been all work and no play. She has been spending time with her father Joe and her best friend Cacee Cobb. She checked out new restaurant Agave that specialises in tequila and tapas."
Earlier this month, Jessica began searching for an apartment in New York so she could be closer to her record label.
The blonde star was reportedly looking at Manhattan properties ranging from $2 to $12 million.
