The "Sin City" actress stars in the dramatic photographic campaign for voter group Declare Yourself - which encourages young people to register to vote in the upcoming U.S. Presidential election - and is seen topless, with black tape across her mouth and chest and heavy eye make-up.

Keira Knightley has topped a poll of perfect pouts. "The Duchess" star beat "Wanted" actress Angelina Jolie to the number one spot in a public survey by lip care company Blistex.
