It appears Jermaine Jackson is cold busted talking smack about his baby brother Michael. Jermaine appeared on CNN's "Larry King Live" and dismissed ghost writer Stacy Brown's account of the book proposal that opened Pandora's box about abuse, drugs, alcohol, and child molestation within the Jackson household.

Jermaine insists Stacy is a big ol' liar and concocted a phony version of the forthcoming tell-all book that portrayed Michael in a negative light without Jermaine's knowledge or consent.

Meanwhile, Stacy Brown is adamant Jermaine not only said those unflattering things, but he has them all on tape.

Stacy tells reporters, "I've got Jermaine on tape, and the tapes are being turned over to attorney Mel Sachs." And the would-be author put his money where his mouth is, going into his storage unit and coming up with about 20 tapes he says contain many of Jermaine's interviews for the tell-all.

Brown says the tapes will confirm key statements in the nine-page proposal obtained by the New York Daily News, including Jermaine's discussion of Michael's drug and alcohol abuse and statemen he "had a thing for young children" and might be guilty of child molestation.

Stacy reveals, "Without a doubt, the tapes will prove Jermaine bashed Michael."
