Ojani Noa told a court deposition the actress practiced Santeria, an ancient African art involving chants and sacrifice, to influence him and her other lovers.
He said, "She was doing bad things to a lot of people. She was doing all this religious bulls**t to me, to Chris Judd, to Puffy Combs (Diddy), and to Marc Anthony.
"We were even doing voodoo when we weren't married. She was doing bad things to a lot of people when we were friends. And I know all this because we did it together to this particularly lady."
J.Lo was granted an injunction against Noa to block him from publishing a tell-all book last week.
She claimed the waiter was breaking a $150,000 agreement signed in 2005 gagging him from speaking about their 11-month marriage, and even asked for a further $5 million to keep quiet.
Ojani told J.Lo's lawyers, "I live in a free country. I can express myself. I can talk and say whatever I want to. No?"
