Singer Jennifer Lopez has been awarded $548,000 in the arbitration of a lawsuit against her first husband, Ojani Noa, who had planned to publish a tell-all book about their marriage. As part of the arbitration award issued in April, Noa would also be required to turn over all copies of materials related to the book to the star and disclose personal information about their relationship for monetary gain.
The decision comes more than a year after Lopez filed a breach of contract suit against Noa.
In the book, Cuban-born Ojani had alleged that J.Lo had several extra-marital affairs, including one with her current husband, Marc Anthony.
J.Lo married Ojani in February 1997 but divorced just 11 months later.
