Jeffrey Dean Morgan And Mary-Louise Parker Call Off Engagement

Sometimes it doesn't help to mix business with pleasure. That seems to be the case for "Weeds" co-stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Mary-Louise Parker who star together on the Showtime series, were engaged, but have now called it off.

Parker, 43, plays the pot dealing mom on "Weeds," and Morgan, 41, plays her deceased husband. Morgan also played Denny on "Grey's Anatomy."

The couple have had an on-again, off-again relationship for the past two years and became engaged earlier this year. The Associated Press first reported the break-up. Reps for both stars declined to comment.

Parker has a son with actor Billy Crudup and last year she adopted a baby girl.
