JayZ's own lawyer is suing him. The multi-millionaire music mogul has been accused of not paying Attorney Michael DiMattia his fees.

DiMattia, who represented the hip-hop star during his legal battle with the employees of his 40/40 Club, claims that Jay-Z has been ignoring his requests for payment of his services.

JayZ is on the verge of signing a new deal that could make him "unstoppable."

The hip-hop star - who already has a $150 million contract with concert promoter Live Nation - is said to be in talks with WMG/Atlantic to set up his own record label, tentatively called the Carter Music Group, with former managers Lyor Cohen and Kevin Liles.

His spokesman Ron Burkowitz tells the Los Angeles Times that "the club was doing good business," in answer to rumors that the hip-hop appeal of the place was not welcome in Sin City.
