The soccer star has confessed he was really nervous about baring all in the raunchy advertising campaign for Emporio Armani, but was most worried about how his mom Sandra would react.

The star footballer, 32, tells Jay Leno during his "Tonight Show" appearance, "When the photos came out, she was the first one to call me and say, 'What are you doing?'"
