Jared Leto vows not to get fat, as it would definitely give him problems. The actor / musician's one-time stint as a heavier man has made him promise himself he will not put on weight again, even for another movie role, after experiencing pains during the film shoot.

He continues, "I don't know if it was gout - but I had a definite problem with my feet. Towards the end of the shoot, one of the glaring issues was the paid I had with my feet."

"I couldn't walk for long distances; I had a wheelchair because it was so painful. My body was in shock from the amount of weight I gained."

"Chapter 27" premiered last year at the Sundance Film Festival and Berlin Film Festival. It will be released in U.S. theaters this March.

Leto adds, "It took about a year to get back to a place that felt semi-normal. I don't know if I'll ever be back to the place I was physically."
