Janet Jackson hates working out.
The singer is currently getting in shape for a new tour - her first in five years - and while she is excited about performing she loathes having to get in shape for the stage.
Janet told "Access Hollywood," "I don't have a favorite workout, I hate them all. I'm being so honest with you and I know it sounds terrible. I'm not at all nervous about the tour though, I'm excited."
The "All For You" singer - who turns 41 next week - has battled with her weight in the past and revealed her pop superstar brother Michael used to give her a "word workout."
She said: "He called me names. You don't even want to know! They're not very nice - slaughter hog, that's not very nice. There, I told you one, I'm not telling you any more. It gave me a complex. I've got issues."
