While many people dread the idea of turning the big 4-0, Oscar winner Jamie Foxx just can't wait to start the party.
The ever-energetic Foxx appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday and vowed that his landmark birthday on December 13 will be something for the record books.
Appearing on the show with fellow actor-musician Ludacris (a.k.a. Christopher Bridges), who also recently celebrated his 30th birthday on September 11, Foxx told Ellen that he plans on doing a road trip to mark the occasion.
"I'm going to get an electric blue suit on - no shirt. Mohawk," said Foxx. "I'm going to start at Ellen and get to Miami. Gotta get that salsa."
The actor, who's latest movie project "The Kingdom" hit theaters last week, is already gearing up for some crazy party antics even though the party date is still months away.
"I'm just going to go nuts. I'm gonna drink 40 ounces. Everything is 40."
Showing that age is nothing more than a number, other celebrities who celebrated their 40th birthday this year include Pamela Anderson, Brad Pitt, and Nicole Kidman.
