The 38-year-old Oscar winner had been partying London's trendy Mo*Vida on Saturday night when six troublemakers rushed into the VIP room and poured champagne all over him.
The incident sparked an ugly brawl between the two groups, and Foxx was reportedly seen angrily shoving his assailants before security quickly bundled them out of the club.
One of the actor's group told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "They sprayed us like they were putting out a fire, it was everywhere. Of course we confronted them and the atmosphere turned really ugly."
On Friday night, the 'Ray' star had lost his table at the exclusive Cuckoo club after arriving late.
After being turned away, Foxx, famed for his love of partying, went on to Chinawhite and was seen serenading British glamor model Leilani.
British reality TV star Jodie Marsh was also seen trying to get close to the actor, who is in London promoting his debut album, 'Unpredictable', but was allegedly ignored by the star.
