Things may have recently slowed down for Jack Osbourne -who has lost a lot of weight in the past couple of years - and he may not be the out-of-control, rebellious, wild child he once was, but the reality TV star has now decided to come clean about some of the darkest secrets of his past.

The son of rocker Ozzy Osbourne says he once tried going after his sister Kelly with a knife.

The 21-year old, who has an autobiography set to be released soon, says he had violent mood swings and could not control his bursts of fury with his siblings. At one point, Jack was forced to take anti-depressants, hoping that would tame his crazy behavior.

He says he started having problems with his temper when he became a teenager and there was nothing anybody could do to control him. However, the last straw for his rocker parents, Sharon and Ozzy, was when Jack tried slashing his younger sister's Kelly's throat. His parents ultimately stepped in and took control of the situation.

According to CelebritySpider.com, he said, "From the moment I became a teenager I started having trouble controlling my temper. I would have these incredible fits of rage, I'd trash my room and get into really nasty vicious fist fights with my sisters. I think the boiling point for my parents came when I held a knife to Kelly's throat."
