One person who has had many ups and downs with fame is Jennifer Lopez so she is a good person to give advice to the younger starlets of Hollywood.

With Young Hollywood's A-list going in and out of rehab and jail, J.Lo has spoken out about how hard life in the public eye can be.

The singer/actress/entrepreneur has had her own legal woes - including a shooting scandal back when she was dating P. Diddy and a tell-all book her ex-husband is threatening to release - but she has never been done for drunk driving - the arrest of choice for Lindsay, Nicole and Paris.

However, Jennifer has experienced back lash back in the Bennifer days when she was engaged to Ben Affleck and living out her relationship in the public eye.

She said, "Nobody has a handbook for fame. It's no easy thing to deal with. You've got to have good people around you."

Third husband Marc Anthony added that having bad people in a star's life can change the course of events. He said, "The thing about this business, in a way it's pretty sad, because you get child stars who are too many people's meal ticket and they're not going to tell the child that they can't do something. I had people who kept me in line. I was fortunate in that way. Now...it would seem that people's best interests are just to keep the star happy as long as the money is still coming in."
