Pop singer Britney Spears' marriage to her second husband Kevin Federline has officially ended after the legal procedings in her divorce have finalized in California. The couple has also reportedly reached an agreement over the custody of their two young sons, the singer's lawyer confirmed without elaborating.
"Everything is finalized," Laura Wasser told the AP at the Superior Court in Los Angeles. Spears filed for divorce from Federline in November just two month after the birth of their second son, Jayden James.
The "Toxic" singer married back-up dancer and rap artist Federline in 2004 and gave birth to their first son, Sean Preston, the following year.
Her first marriage to childhood friend Jason Alexander lasted less than three days.
