Michelle Williams has returned to work. The former 'Dawson's Creek' star joined friends and family in Australia at ex-partner Heath Ledger's funeral wake on Saturday, and is now attempting to return to normal by shooting new movie 'Mammoth' in New York.
Michelle - who has a two-year-old daughter Matilda with Heath - was seenfilming outside Manhattan's SoHo 'Evolution' store on Monday, just three blocks from the apartment where Heath was found dead on January 22.
An onlooker said, "Michelle looked really sombre and serious. When thecameras were rolling it was clear she was throwing herself into the work,but as soon as they stopped shooting the haunted look returned to her face."
Michelle stars alongside Gael Garcia Bernal playing a couple who face acrisis in their marriage. 'Mammoth' is Swedish director Lukas Moodysson'sfirst English-language film.
The 26-year-old actress was shooting the film in Sweden when she heard about
Heath's death, which was caused by an accidental drugs overdose.
