While EW has released its list of smart people in Hollywood, New York Daily News has published its own list of "50 Dumbest People In Hollywood" and Lindsay Lohan is on top.
The list cites Lohan for "poor movie choices, delinquent behavior and bad taste in men," the NY Daily News says. She shares the spotlight with other celebrities lower in rank: Kim Kardashian, Spencer Pratt, Jessica Simpson, Keifer Sutherland, and Coutney Love just to name a few.
