Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are on the verge of splitting up, it has been claimed.
The Brazilian supermodel is said to be extremely upset that her American footballer boyfriend's ex, actress Bridget Moynahan, is due to give birth to his son on Friday, the same date as Gisele's 27th birthday.
Tensions are said to be so strained between the couple that Tom's family are flying out to Italy to spend time with him at the Rome villa Gisele recently bought.
The couple were recently reported to have fought openly in front of fellow guests at Napa's five-star Auberge du Soleil hotel where they were holidaying.
Gisele - who once dated actor Leonardo DiCaprio - has previously insisted that she has no problem with Tom fathering a child with 'Coyote Ugly' star Bridget.
She said: "If you love someone, you love everything that comes with him. I found it easy to understand."
Earlier this year, Gisele claimed her "greatest achievement" in life will be having children.
She said: "Everybody is different, but for me, having a family will be my greatest achievement.
"When you have a family that you can raise the way your parents raised you then I think you have succeeded. I have that dream.
"I don't know when it's going to happen. Everything in life has to be planned. I've very old-fashioned. I believe in being married and going to your husband and saying, 'Let's have a kid.' "
