It could have been a joke that went wrong, but Harrison Ford reportedly chose the international day for pranking as the perfect time to propose to his long time girlfriend Calista Flockhart.
The "Indiana Jones" actor and the "Ally McBeal" actress are said to be planning on saying "I Do" in the near future.
A source told Grazia magazine that the 64-year-old star involved Calista's son, Liam, in the proposal.
The insider said, "He coached Liam to run up to Calista and give her a rehearsed message, 'Mr. Ford is going to be my daddy.' Calista just laughed but it was no joke. Harrison then told her he wanted to marry her. She and Liam are absolutely thrilled about the proposal. Harrison knows after five years that Calista is the last love of his life. He's been telling everyone he felt it was the right time."
Harrison, who began is career as Han Solo in "Star Wars," is probably hoping that this marriage is more successful than his last. He would be forgiven for not wanting to merge assets with another woman, after his last divorce settlement cost him a reported $85 million.
